Chris has been interested in what drives improved human performance since his days in college.
A curiosity about developmental psychology expanded into a love for organizational development and the design of technologies that improve organizational performance.
He was inspired to start Elation after a career in the tech industry. His passion for helping people through the use of innovative technologies transitioned into a calling to help people flourish by applying what we know from neurobiology and mindset research. Seeing the transformative benefits of this approach has only fueled his enthusiasm, and helped attract an extraordinary team of people who share in the mission.
Chris lives in Cody, WY. He rarely stops thinking about how to help people improve their mindset. But fly fishing and woodworking all help keep him grounded.
With the founding of It’s Elation Inc. in 2012, Michaele is in charge of the company's bookkeeping, website, and coach certification course.
She graduated from Boston University in 1981 with a BS in Management Information Systems; and immediately went to work for United Information Services, creating computer accounting programs for New England Telephone and AT&T.
She left the corporate world as the Dimock family grew and she spent the next twelve years homeschooling their three children.
In 1995, the family left Massachusetts for Billings, Montana to create one of Montana and Wyoming’s first Internet companies – Western Technology Partners, which later became 180 Communications. Michaele took over the financial duties of the company.
Carlos has been highly successful as a keynote speaker, workshop presenter, and consultant. He works directly with many of the clients and organizations hired by Elation.
He is a coach and teacher whose purpose is to inspire people to be better. He continually helps leaders and companies achieve outstanding business results while improving organizational culture and employee engagement.
Carlos lives with his wife and two children along the Yellowstone River just west of Billings, MT. When he’s not working with clients, you can find him spending time outdoors with his family or volunteering as a board member for organizations working in education or youth sports.
Thom is a unique and impactful commercial and business development leader and consultant in the MedTech, FinTech, and SaaS markets with a particular interest in the performance of teams and individuals.
He is also founding principal of Commercial Catalysts, a strategic advisory firm, and Focus50 Coaching, a retirement advisory and coaching entity. He has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, consulting, clinical quality improvement, strategic account management, and partnerships and licensing.
Thom received a dual major Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Organizational Communications from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University. In addition, he holds two certificates as Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC®).

Charl is a registered Organizational Psychologist / Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, specializing in psychometric test development and validation, psychological research, and product management.
He is also highly skilled at data mining and predictive analytics, especially using large sets of psychometrically obtained data. Charl has knowledge of the HR function together with the ability to collect, understand, analyze data while making practical inferences about the data.
Charl works remotely from Cape Town, South Africa for Elation while spending short stints with the Elation team in Billings, Montana. Charl enjoys doing charitable work in South Africa and uses his skill set to assist non-profit organizations in any way he can.
James is an entrepreneur and architect-level full stack software engineer with 18 years of work experience.
He has a diverse career, mostly focused on backend and cloud infrastructure, with heavy stints in Android Native development, React and React Native development, and Machine Vision + AR/VR.
James has worked for Google and eBay. He has experience in multiple programming environments, Android, AWS, Python and others.
James received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Harvard University. He currently lives in Oakland, California
Amber Ussin-Davey is an executive coach and a licensed therapist with over 20 years' experience in human development, trauma recovery, and resiliency building.
She focuses on using applied neuroscience, whole person wellness and mindfulness practices to help clients assert their voice and actualize their strengths.
Amber’s coaching style can be described as calming and reflective. Her unique combination of expertise as a therapist and as an executive coach allow her to masterfully explore growth and coaching opportunities for her clients.
She has effectively supported clients dealing with trauma, chronic health and relationship issues as well as depression and anxiety.
Betsy is an Executive Coach and Family Physician with over 15 years of clinical practice.
After many years as a busy physician, wife and mother, Betsy has first-hand experience in the struggle to maintain a balanced life. She understands the impact of trying to “do it all” and how that influences one’s health, mood, and overall effectiveness at work and at home. She now uses those insights to guide her coaching work with others.
Betsy excels at working with professionals, both inside and outside of healthcare, as they navigate the challenges of finding work-life balance in today's world. She is passionate about the role that coaching plays in setting professionals up to thrive.
Jerry is one of Elation’s first Master Your Mindset™ executive coaches.
His 17-year background in the dynamic telecommunications industry gives him great insights regarding the challenges required to lead and perform through change. He also has over 20 years of expertise addressing addiction issues related to clients and their families.
Jerry's coaching style can be described as a combination of non-judgmental compassion and respectful clarity helping his clients overcome obstacles to achieve their goals at work and in life. He combines his unique diverse life experiences with his trained expertise to quickly build rapport and earn trust.
