Our commitment is to make this a light lift for our clients. We work with your team to gather the necessary data to launch the product delivery. It takes an average of 8½ minutes for each employee to complete the assessment and they get their personal response immediately. Once responses are complete, the visualization is generated and validated, and leaders and managers receive access and a debrief of the results.
- Employees get access to their results immediately, and can log into their private portal any time they want.
- Managers see their personal result immediately, and they can see the visualization for their team (and any sub-teams) once the completion rate hits an agreed-upon threshold.
